We accept credit card payments via Paypal. You do not need to create a Paypal account to use it. Paypal offers a buyer protection program ensuring your transaction is safe, secure and most of all a fair online transaction.
Return Policy
Product Damaged or Defective
Sometimes mistakes are made. An item may get damaged in shipping or is defective from the factory. Look over your order and make sure that everything is okay and correct. If something is not right contact us ASAP! All defective or incorrect items must be brought to our attention within 3 days of receipt.
Changed Your Mind
If it is unopened and in it's original condition and packaging, we are happy to take it back and refund the price of the product if returned within 14 days of receipt. Items returned after 14 days will have a 15% restocking fee. Items will not be accepted after 30 days. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If your order included free shipping, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from the amount refunded. Please email us before returning, ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
Received Wrong Item
If we sent you the wrong item, contact us and we will take care of it.
Note: Personal care products and items that have been opened or used are not returnable and items marked as "No Returns" on the web site.
